Project Overview
Dunya Montreal is a shawarma and falafel joint founded by two young Lebanese entrepreneurs, Rami and Imad, in their early 20s. Their vision was to create a nostalgic, welcoming atmosphere paired with authentic Lebanese flavors. While the food was handled by the chef, the team faced challenges in branding, business strategy, and operations.
As their business consultant, we developed a detailed business and action plan, conducted market research, optimized their operations, and coordinated with a team of designers to bring their vision to life.
Our Role in the Project
As their consultant, we acted as both strategists and facilitators. Our contributions included:
Delivering an in-depth market analysis.
Providing a business audit to assess what had been done and what was still needed.
Creating a detailed action plan and marketing strategy.
Coordinating with and connecting the team to graphic and interior designers, a handyman, and other service providers.
Offering hands-on support throughout ideation, conceptualization, and execution phases.
We worked with Dunya Montreal up until their grand opening in September 2024, ensuring all key elements were in place for a successful launch.
The Process
