Project Overview
Proud Beings is a streetwear brand founded by an entrepreneur with a background in fashion and business, based in Saudi Arabia. The brand faced fundamental operational and marketing challenges, particularly after an incomplete rebranding effort disrupted its business flow. Proud Beings needed a comprehensive strategy to get back on track and start securing funding.
Our role was to run a full audit of the business, create a detailed business plan, and develop an action plan to implement the strategies outlined in the business plan. The project focused on operational improvements, marketing strategies, and a clear roadmap for the future.
Our Role in the Project
Our contributions included:
Conducting an in-depth audit to assess the brand’s current standing.
Creating a detailed business plan from A to Z, including marketing strategies, financial projections, operational management, and team structuring.
Developing a practical action plan and implementing it on Asana to streamline execution.
Facilitating workshops and meetings to ensure clarity and alignment.
We provided guidance and actionable insights to bring structure, clarity, and direction to Proud Beings, setting the brand up for future growth and success.
The Process
Audit:
Asked the client to complete a questionnaire and conducted meetings with the founder and some team members.
Developed a comprehensive audit report to evaluate the current state of the business.
Business Plan:
Created a detailed business plan, including extensive research, financial projections, team structuring, supply chain optimization, and marketing strategies.
Facilitated workshops and back-and-forth revisions to perfect the plan.
Action Plan:
Developed an actionable roadmap based on the business plan.
Implemented the plan into Asana to make it accessible and executable by the team.
The process was structured as discovery followed by three clear phases: Audit, Business Plan, and Action Plan.
