Laurie’s vision was to create a curated selection of furniture from other suppliers, branded under her name. However, the business lacked structure, direction, and clarity in its operations and marketing strategy. While initially seeking a marketing consultant, Laurie Yapp Home expanded the scope of Tawlé’s role to include business consultancy to address foundational gaps in their plan.
